Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jea7", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the jea7 platform accessible at jea7.io and all associated sub-domains and applications.
• "Platform" means the jea7 website, mobile browser experience, any associated software, and all games, betting markets, and services offered thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform, holding the Player's balance, transaction history, and account settings.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using a funded account balance, as opposed to any free-play or demo mode.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to a Player's account as a promotional benefit, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of real-money bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jea7 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies incorporated by reference herein. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jea7 with respect to your use of the Platform.

These Terms are effective from the date of their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. jea7 will notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address security risks.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The jea7 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jea7 applies a zero-tolerance policy to underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals suspended, and any deposits made may be refunded to the originating payment method after deduction of any amounts wagered.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is made available to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the jea7 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jea7 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside its primary service area. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended or closed.

3.3 Disqualifying Conditions

You are not eligible to hold a jea7 account if any of the following conditions apply:

• You are under 21 years of age.
• You are currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with jea7 or any other gambling operator.
• You have previously had a jea7 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
• You are an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of jea7 or any of its game studio partners, payment providers, or third-party service providers directly involved in the operation of the Platform.

Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration

To use the jea7 Platform for Real Money Play, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jea7 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. jea7 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Bonuses credited to any duplicate account will be voided.

4.3 KYC Verification

jea7 is required to verify the identity and age of all account holders as part of its KYC obligations. Verification is conducted at registration and may be required again before processing a withdrawal above a threshold amount, or at any time jea7 deems necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. You may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within three months).

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jea7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Current payment method availability is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the jea7 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where your payment method operates in a different currency, your payment provider may apply a conversion rate and fee. jea7 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by your bank or mobile financial service provider.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jea7 account balance within 15 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two (2) business hours depending on the sending bank's processing times. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. jea7 does not charge a deposit fee on standard payment methods, though your payment provider may apply transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals are processed within ten (10) minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending compliance review on your account. jea7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully met before the associated funds may be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method.
• jea7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before withdrawal may be subject to a processing review.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jea7 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered at the applicable wagering requirement multiplier before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds or winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Wagering contributions vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live table games and sports betting contribute at a reduced rate specified in the promotion details.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of crediting, as specified on the promotion page. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn within the bonus validity period will be forfeited. jea7 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

jea7 actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting systems to clear wagering requirements at low risk, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is detected, jea7 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the offending account. Withdrawn funds derived from abuse may be recovered through legal action.

6.5 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

jea7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements and expiry terms in force at the time of crediting.

Game Rules and Sports Betting

7.1 Game Rules

All casino games available on the jea7 Platform — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Aviator, and all other titles — operate according to the individual game rules published by the respective game studio provider. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating for real money. 7.3 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled according to the official result as published by the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.). In the event of a dispute over the official result, jea7's decision is final pending any subsequent correction by the governing body. If an official result is materially revised after settlement, jea7 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets.

7.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, or where jea7 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in circumstances that would breach these Terms. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

7.5 Maximum Payout

Individual game and betting market maximum payout limits apply and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. jea7 reserves the right to limit any single payout where extraordinary winnings result from a software error, data feed failure, or other technical fault. Winnings arising from demonstrable technical errors will not be honoured.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jea7 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting software errors, technical bugs, or data feed latency to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Placing matched bets, lay bets via external exchanges, or otherwise hedging bets in a manner designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any Platform software, security feature, or data transmission.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jea7 Platform — including but not limited to the jea7 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, odds data, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of jea7 or its third-party licensors (including game studio providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. jea7's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jea7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. jea7 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

jea7 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond jea7's reasonable control, including acts of God, government restrictions, internet infrastructure failures, or actions of third-party payment providers.

Amendments to These Terms

jea7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as those that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms become effective. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, updated contact details, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without advance notice.

By continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you accept the revised Terms. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the jea7 Platform or these Terms, jea7 encourages players to contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance. jea7's support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. jea7's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status are final unless demonstrable technical error can be established by reference to server-side records. Player-side screenshots or recordings are not accepted as conclusive evidence of a technical fault.
